Compensation: $70,304 (Base) + Performance Bonuses ($100,000+ On-Target Earnings)

The Role
The Studio Director is the heartbeat of our community. You are responsible for the overall success of the studio, from driving membership growth to ensuring our training standards never waver. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who is business-minded but driven by human connection.
You aren't just managing a facility; you are leading a movement to improve the health and longevity of our Pasadena neighbors.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive membership growth through lead consultations, follow up with prospects, and drive local marketing efforts to hit membership targets.
- Execute the Alloy sales process from lead to close
- Manage and improve conversion rates, show rates, and retention metrics
- Ensure a consistent, high-level client experience
- Oversee scheduling, staffing, and daily operations
- Onboard and mentor new coaches
- Partner with ownership on revenue goals and business strategy
Schedule & Flexibility
The Requirement: You must be available for the "critical" times of the fitness world, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, to support our members and cover the floor when needed.

Benefits & Compensation
Base Salary: $70,304.
Incentive Plan: Transparent bonus structures based on studio growth, with an On-Target Earnings of $100,000+.

Qualifications
- Proven sales experience (fitness industry strongly preferred)
- Track record of hitting or exceeding revenue or membership goals
- 2+ years of leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong communication, confidence, and ability to close
- High level of professionalism and accountability
- Ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment
